I may be completely wrong, but I think Cool Edit (superb sound program, have a look on some magazine cover CDs for demo of the latest version or maybe a full version of '95 or '96) can convert Midid to WAV & vice versa.

Like I said, I may be wrong...

Convert wav to midi?

I would assume that it will change MP3 to WAV and vice-versa (since MP3 is just compressed WAV) but wav to midi would be slightly harder.

Also, I think he wants midi for the file size but MP3 might help (depending on the compression used)

Is it possible to add a midi file into the audio track in premier? I've looked every place I could for help on this but found it nowhere.
